|What is GuildPortrait?
GuildPortal is the MMORPG Central for MMO character artwork and guild artwork. It was established in 2006 as part of the
Guildhelper family to provide as a missing art medium to all uber MMORPG guilds. With so many MMORPGs established,
many guild leaders and officers are searching for quality ways to capture their experiences and immortalize their characters and
guilds. GuildPortrait.com along with Guildhelper provide quality art for an affordable price.
What type of artwork or services does GuildPortrait.com provide?
GuildPortrait.com provides a variety of commissioned artwork and portrait services for Guildhelper.com. MMO Artwork varies
from standard MMORPG character portraits to large guild portraits to comic pages can be easily provided from our quality
professional artists. Check out our gallery here.
How do I commission a piece of artwork/portrait for my guild or my character?
1. Submit an order form specifying which artist and portrait size.
2. Expect an email confirming your order and questions regarding to the details of your portrait/artwork.
3. 50% Deposit is required. Paypal invoice will be sent to you.
4. Send your screenshots and detailed descriptions.
5. Artwork begins. Initial Layout/pencils will be emailed to you for approval.
6. A detailed pencil is sent for approval.
**Once approved, no more structural changes/corrections can take place**
7. Once penciling is approved, the remaining balance is needed.
8. Pay final balance from 2nd Paypal invoice sent.
9. Inking and coloring takes place.
10. Digital finished picture will be emailed for approval.
11. Portrait/Artwork Poster will be shipped (allow 2-4 weeks)

Why do you need the remaining balance after pencils?
Unfortunately, one bad apple ruins it for the rest of the crowd. We've been burned once by a non-paying customer despite full
service. In order to provide just and fair compensation for Guildhelper and its artists for the hard work, this policy has taken
into effect for all past, present, and future orders. So we require payment before we initiate any art/portrait service.
How long is the expected wait for artwork/portrait?
Expect 5-10 weeks time from ordering to digital copy finish. Shipping may be 2-4 weeks extra depending on time of year.
During high demands, high volume work load or unexpected circumstances, the waiting period may be even longer. We
apologize for the wait for those circumstances.
How do I pay Guildhelper/Guildportrait.com for artwork and portraits?
Guildportrait.com relies on Paypal for all payments and transactions. You will receive two invoices from Paypal from our
parent company Doom Enterprises LLC during the artwork commissioning process. The first is the initial 50% non refundable
deposit and the second is the final invoice for the remaining balance. Thru Paypal, you can access your bank account or credit

What is Guildhelper and GuildPortrait's refunding policy?
Since much preparation is taken from sketches to layouts in the artwork and portraits process, there are no refunds and returns
on these orders once work is initiated. Our policy is that you are paying for the time and the service needed to produce these
product. However, if we feel that our performance has not been superb secondary to delay or miscommunication, etc OR if we
later turning down a project, then we may grant partial to full refund. (This has rarely occurred and its up to our own
What if I am not happy with the artwork or portraits?
We will do everything we can that is reasonable to make sure you are satisfied from the first step to the last step. Therefore, it
is critical that you provide us details about what you want. Screenshots, reference pictures and detailed text are encouraged.
Revisions of the artwork is common so we do expect it. However, If there is still a difference in opinion despite multiple
revisions, a refund will not be granted since service has been provided. Unfortunately, sometimes people will not see eye to eye
regarding artwork and sometimes, it is the client who changes what they want in mid-progress. To the 1% of our dissatisfied
customers, we apologize that you did not like our work but great effort was put into it.
